Irrevocable blessing
“And God said unto Balaam, Thou shalt not go with them; thou shalt not curse the people: for they are blessed.” Numbers 22:12 KJV
On their way to the promise land the Israelites had stopped to encamp near the plains of Moab. The King of Moab called a prophet to try and curse the people of God. But God responded saying to the prophet Balaam, “thou shalt not curse the people: for they are blessed.” Being blessed means to be spiritually and physically prosperous in every area of your life. You were created to prosper and to live an abundant life.
Perhaps your upbringing wanted to convince you otherwise and possibly the heartbreaks in life have led you to believe that you are meant to carry those family inherited illnesses or curses. However, that is far from what you were created for. Your Father has prepared you to be prosperous to be a light set on hill where people can see the glory of God in your life. The talents, goals, and gifts you have in your heart were placed there to be fulfilled not to be dormant! Don’t allow the cares of this world to take away the precious blessings God has proclaimed over your life! For what God has blessed no person nor situation can curse, so get ready because your dreams are about to be fulfilled!
~ Father God, thank You for blessing me and protecting my blessing for me. I believe that you have equipped me with all that I need to prosper and there is nothing that can take that blessing away. In Jesus’ name amen.
